U-Report is informing about the Integrated Child Health Days taking place in Uganda during all of April!

Continue using the mosquito net even if your house was sprayed during indoor residual spraying. Take care of your mosquito net by sewing or repairing torn areas

Hang your mosquito net over the bed or place where you sleep. When it gets dark, close doors and windows early enough to stop mosquitoes coming into the house

Make sure that all your family members especially children under 5 years and pregnant women sleep under a treated mosquito net every night

Complete ur Malaria treatment as told by the health worker even when u feel better & report back to health facility if u feel unwell after completing the dosage

If you or your family member gets any of the Malaria symptoms, go to the health centre immediately (within 24 hours) to test and if confirmed get treatment

Dear U-Reporter a reminder that the Ministry of Health is conducting the second round of a House-to-House Polio immunisation campaign in 49 districts from Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th November 2024 for all children under 5 years of age

It takes multiple doses of the Polio vaccine to achieve full immunity against Polio. If a child has received the vaccine before, then extra doses given during the Polio campaign will provide extra protection against Polio.
